A bakery and BBQ shack may seem like an odd match to some, but for Rebecca Parker and Taylor Henson the concept makes perfect sense. The pair took over Wildflour Bakery in Emigrant in 2012 to combine two loves. Their idea blossomed. Rebecca realized her passions for all things dough while traveling in Equador, while Taylor, born and raised in Georgia, inherently knew how to smoke meat. The two are reformed river guides who decided to put down roots in Paradise Valley and the rest is history! All of the baking is done from scratch and the meat is sourced locally. Lots of love goes into everything that comes out of their ovens!
